This platform (Quickby) is owned, managed, and operated by ACS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer strictly to ACS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE. By using our website or registering an account, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Account & ID Activation

To access task listings, users must register with valid credentials and acquire an authorized Customer ID. Activation requires the purchase of an activation product provided by ACS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE. Multiple account creation by a single user is strictly forbidden.

3. Submissions & Task Verification

All work submitted by users must follow individual task rules. Fake submissions, manipulated screenshots, or bots will lead to immediate cancellation of your account and suspension of accrued rewards without compensation.

4. Payouts & Administration

ACS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE reserves the authority to review, approve, or decline any task result based on quality standards. Verified earnings are credited to the user's platform wallet and are subject to payout verification rules.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes, legal claims, or actions arising from the use of this service shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts having authority over ACS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE.
