Refund & Cancellation Policy
Official billing and refund terms by ACS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE
1. Product Purchases & ID Activation Fees
All digital products and services purchased through this platform are sold by ACS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE. Once an order is completed, digital access granted, or a Customer ID activated, the transaction is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Guidelines
Orders can only be cancelled before account activation or shipment/fulfillment of the relevant item. Cancellation requests can be submitted via the contact desk or directly by email with your order ID.
3. Duplicate Charges & Failed Transactions
If your bank account was debited but the order does not show in the system, banks usually reverse the charge automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If funds are received by ACS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE for a failed order, a direct reversal will be issued to the source account.
4. Wallet Payout Queries
Rewards redeemed via your platform wallet are processed according to standard settlement timelines. For unresolved payouts or bank transfer discrepancies, contact the ACS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE support team.
